Need More Ways to Keep Busy While Social Distancing

May 22, 2020

Do you need more ways to keep busy while Social Distancing? This is a great place to start! I have 3 other posts to help as well. Check out my other posts on ways to make money while social distancinghome projects, and spring cleaning.

Are you getting tired of being stuck in the house?

Why not take a drive? Our weather is warming up a little, so now is the perfect time to get out and drive with the windows down. Make a date night out of it! Take your sweetie and visit (okay don’t leave the car) the place of your first date. Take a stroll down memory lane and go back to where you had your first kiss.

Get your kids involved too! Show them some of the places they used to love to go (carefully, don’t upset them that they can’t go in!). If you can’t leave the house, stroll down your hard drive! Pull out the old photos and show your kids their first steps. Show them the video from the first time they rolled over, or their first smile.

Tired of Netflix?

Okay, no one is. But, if you are looking for something fun, and new to watch, check out your favorite music artists. Many musicians are getting online and doing free concerts or singing your favorite songs on their social media accounts. You can take a look at Billboard’s website or check out this awesome video by John Krasinski to hear some good news in the world.

I know this time is tough.

But I also know we can get through it together. Finding ways to keep busy during our “quarantine” is difficult. To help, I have taken some time out on my social media accounts to go live and read to your kids. I figure it will give you a break and them something different to watch. I will be doing other fun events as well, so make sure to follow my Facebook and Instagram accounts for updates!

Every session begins with a conversation.

1. The Consultation
Before we take a single photo, we’ll talk about what this time of your life looks like for you, what you want to remember, and what matters most to your family.

2. The Photo Session
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience - it’s designed around you, with every detail thoughtfully planned.

3. The Final Step
Once your images are ready, we’ll meet to choose your favorites and design custom artwork for your home.
